Project involves feasibility planning, preliminary design, final design and construction administration. It includes converting traditional stormwater collection system to an on-site system using low impact development (LID) techniques, new municipal drinking water, fire protection and wastewater connections, re-grading, access driveway, parking and site lighting. Anticipated environmental permitting includes Vermont Act 250, Stormwater Discharge, Wastewater Disposal & Potable Water Supply and Town of Brattleboro Zoning/DRB.
