Abenaque Car Wash | Chester, VT | 2014

Consulting engineer to the design-build contractor for overall site plan engineering for a 3,400 square foot, five-bay, commercial car wash facility on a 5.3 acre parcel. Design involved on-site LID storm water management, municipal water and wastewater connections (with treatment), site lighting, landscape design and 30,000 SF paved access driveway and parking. Prepared permit applications for VT Wastewater Disposal & Potable Water Supply, VTrans Access, VT Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activities (pursuant to CGP 3-9020) and Chester Zoning/DRB.
