Prepared a feasibility report for connecting a proposed 24-unit senior housing complex to the Putney municipal water and sewer systems. The report discussed the design issues surrounding the municipal water and force main connections and provided opinions of probable construction costs for planning purposes. Valley Cares, Inc. is a not-for-profit housing organization that receives public and private funding.
