Site engineering for an additional 9,900 SF self-storage building on a 27 acre industrially zoned parcel. Design involved on-site storm water management and approximately 22,000 SF of paved access driveway and parking. A Notice of Intent (NOI) to Discharge Stormwater (pursuant to General Permit 3-9015) and for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activities (pursuant to General Permit 3-9020) and an Act 250 Permit Amendment to be prepared.
